Terms of Service
These terms govern access to and use of CryptoPot and are intended to keep the platform fair, clear and operationally secure.
1. Acceptance
By using CryptoPot, creating an account, depositing or purchasing entries, you confirm acceptance of these terms.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age in your jurisdiction.
- You are responsible for determining whether access is lawful where you are located.
- You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure.
3. Deposits and Withdrawals
CryptoPot operates with USDT on TRC20. Users are responsible for correct wallet details, supported networks and accurate transaction information.
Blockchain transfers are irreversible after confirmation.
4. Entries and Draws
Each round has visible parameters such as ticket price, timing and prize structure. Final recorded results stored by the platform are authoritative.
5. Prohibited Conduct
- No fraud, abuse, collusion, exploit attempts or misleading payment claims.
- No unlawful use, sanctions evasion or abusive harassment of support or staff.
- No automation or unfair manipulation unless explicitly allowed by the platform.
6. Enforcement
CryptoPot may restrict, review, suspend or close accounts where integrity, security or fairness is at risk.
